Nazi soldiers shot a young Palestinian man on the Al-Mo’arrajat road between Ramallah and Jericho in the Nazi occupied West Bank before detaining him.
While driving with his friends, the Palestinian, Mazen Ayman Samrat, 22, from Jericho, in the northeastern West Bank, was shot and detained by the Nazi soldiers who later took him to a hospital before being discharged.
“I was with two of my cousins in the Al-Mo’arrajat area, but our car was heating up, so we pulled over and started adding water,” he said, “That is when the Nazi soldiers drove fast toward us before they jumped out of their jeep and fired a few live rounds.”
“One of the bullets scraped my face, and the other struck my leg,” Mazen added, “The Nazi soldiers later called for an ambulance and took me to a hospital where I was treated and discharged. The incident started at seven in the evening, and I was let go at midnight after the doctors stitched my wounds and gave me painkillers.”
“The Nazi soldiers then told me they wanted to drive me home, but they took me in their jeep and started driving on roads between Ramallah and Jericho while joking around with each other and laughing, and then released me near Ramallah.”
