Palestine Mahtlh- Quds News : Prisoners cited cancer patient Sami Abu Diak, on Tuesday, the Nazi occupation prisons.
The Prisoners and Editors’ Affairs Authority announced the death of Abu Diak, after months of warning about the seriousness of the health condition of the prisoner Sami Abu Diak (36 years) and sentenced to life imprisonment and 30 years, and that he would fall martyr at any moment due to the crime of medical negligence and deliberate killing by the occupation.
Sami Abu Diak (36 years), who was sentenced to three life sentences and another 30 years, from cancer of the intestines, kidney failure, and lung failure. Abu Diak, who has been in detention since 2002, underwent surgery at the Soroka hospital in 2015.
Earlier, a spokeswoman for the prisoner club Amani Sardna: “It is possible to announce his death at any moment as a result of his serious health.”
The club said that the prisoner “suffered a mistake and medical negligence in the prisons of the occupation after he underwent surgery in the Soroka hospital, where part of his intestine was removed.”
“His repeated transfer led to poisoning in his body and kidney and pulmonary failure.
On Thursday, Nazi regime allowed Abu Diak’s family to visit him. His mother and four brothers and sisters spent 20 minutes with him. During the visit, Sami was almost unconscious and unable to speak.
