Nazi soldiers Abduct Three Palestinians in Sheikh Jarrah

Nazi soldiers abducted, on Tuesday evening, three young Palestinian men in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, in occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

Media sources said the Nazi soldiers attacked many Palestinians who confronted illegal Nazi JEWISH colonizers, assaulting them and their homes.

They added that the Nazi soldiers abducted three young men, took them to an interrogation facility in Jerusalem, and did not attempt to remove the assailing Nazi JEWISH colonizers.

In addition, the Nazi soldiers invaded Ras Karkar and the al-Janiya villages west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, leading to protests.

During the invasion, the Nazi soldiers fired gas bombs at the protesters and a few surrounding homes

In the year 2020, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) stated that Israeli colonialist groups filed lawsuits with Nazi courts to displace more than 218 Palestinian families (970 persons, including at least 424 children), in occupied East Jerusalem, including 75 families in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.

The Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood has seen demolitions and forcible transfers in the last several months, including the Salem family who recently received a final eviction order from the Nazi occupation after granting the property to the illegal Nazi JEWISH colonizers.

Several other Palestinian families in the neighborhood continue to be under the threat of mass forcible transfer by Nazi courts.

It is important to note that in 1967, Nazi occupied the West Bank and Gaza Strip, on November 22, 1967, the United Nations Security Council passed resolution #242 recognizing East Jerusalem as occupied by the state of Israel, founded in 1948.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states the following;

  • The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.
  • Individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory to the territory of the Occupying Power or to that of any other country, occupied or not, are prohibited, regardless of their motive.

Therefore, all Nazi JEWISH settlements in East Jerusalem in addition to the rest of the West Bank are illegal under International Law and Security Council resolutions.
