Hebron: Nazi Army Confiscates Palestinian Lands

Nazi occupation army illegally annexed Palestinian lands in Sa’ir town, north of Hebron, in the southern part of the Nazi occupied West Bank.

Hasan Breijiyya, the head of the Bethlehem office of the Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission, said the army issued orders illegally confiscating Palestinian lands in Basin 4 in the Aqabat ar-Rabee’a area in Sa’ir.

He added that the Nazi army annexed the privately-owned Palestinian lands to expand the Wad Sa’ir Street used by the illegal colonizers.

Breijiyya also said that the annexation would lead to uprooting dozens of Palestinian trees on both sides of the street.

All of Nazi JEWISH colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around Nazi occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory”.
