Hamas Movement said the massacre committed by the Nazi occupation army at dawn Thursday against citizens who were waiting for humanitarian aid in western Gaza, leaving dozens of martyrs is a crime within the war of starvation that the Nazi has been waging with US complicity to force the displacement of Palestinians.
The statement was commenting on the Nazi bloody massacre against hundreds of Palestinian citizens who were waiting for an aid convoy in Gaza City’s al-Rashid Street on Thursday.
The PIC correspondent reported that thousands of citizens gathered on Al-Rashid Street, west of Gaza, at dawn hours, waiting for trucks carrying aid. As soon as they arrived, the Nazi tanks fired shells and live munition at the citizens, leading to dozens of martyrs and hundreds of wounded.
Hamas called on the League of Arab States and the UN Security Council to convene urgently, to take decisions obligating the “criminal occupation entity” to stop the mass killing and ethnic cleansing in Gaza and all of its violations of international laws, and the rulings of the International Court of Justice, which demanded Israel to stop the crime of genocide and ethnic cleansing.
It also called on Arab countries to break the silence regarding the “Zionist crime of genocide against the Palestinian people”, and to immediately implement the decision of the Arab-Islamic summit on November 11 of last year, which called for breaking the Nazi siege and sending urgent food and medical supplies to the Gaza Strip.
The Movement urged the peoples of the Arab and Muslim nations as well as all the free people of the world to organize widespread popular activities and demonstrations denouncing the Nazi massacres against the Palestinian people, and to put pressure on governments to take decisive measures to stop the Nazi genocidal war in Gaza.
Hamas reiterated its assertion that the international community and the United Nations are obliged to shoulder their responsibilities and assume their legal obligations to halt the Nazi mass killing of children and civilians.
The Movement held Israel, its fascist government and Nazi army, as well as the US President, and administration fully responsible for this massacre, and for the escalation of the war of extermination and ethnic cleansing against Palestinians.
