Accused of suspicious biological activities: What does “Parsens” do at the Lebanese-Syrian border?

The “Parsens” company, which is notorious for its counterparts from companies operating under the wing of the American forces in Georgia and accused by Russia of carrying out biological activities and genetic studies on the Russian people, is also working on the Lebanese-Syrian borders, in a project known only to its title: « Support the Lebanese army to discover, monitor and repel attacks from weapons of mass destruction »!

The confusion between reality and fiction and conspiracy theories that have been fueled by the recent spread of a pandemic like 19 Coved does not excuse the countries that continue to manufacture biological weapons from their role in threatening humankind.

Records and exchanges of accusations between China and America about corona’s “industry” or its diversion from one of the biological laboratories of one of the two countries, return to the forefront the leaks that surrounded the work of the DTRA biological laboratory (the Defense Ministry to reduce risk of the US Department of Defense) near the Georgian capital, Tbilisi. , two years ago.

Of course, America is not alone interested in biological research, although it signed with the major powers the “Treaty on the Prohibition of Biological Weapons” in the year 1975 (China joined after building a nuclear arsenal).

The nature of biological research has always taken on the defensive dimension of state projects, at least in public, especially since the signing of the agreement.

However, biological research, like any other scientific research conducted by armies, takes into account defensive and offensive targets, as long as the threat exists and is open by “capable” international enemies, especially in the case of the United States of America, which previously used nuclear weapons.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the start of the Chinese and Russian ascensionations again, the United States set up a series of biological laboratories in Eastern Europe, Asia and West Africa, under the title Supporting Medical Systems for the People of Continents, especially during the first spread of the Ebola virus in Africa.

But these laboratories posed a threat to countries that the United States is engaged in conflicts with, as part of the attack and defense systems that the Americans established in Eastern Europe and Asia on the Chinese and Russian borders.

This is at least what the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in October 2018, based on documents first disclosed by the Georgian Minister of State for Security Affairs Igor Gyorgazzi about the “Lugar Center for Medical Research” in Tbilisi, and then followed up by the Russian military intelligence and medical and security services.

According to Major General Igor Kirillov, head of the “Russian Protection Forces against Radiation, Biological and Chemical Threats”, “there are many dangerous activities that take place in the center funded and completely managed by the US agency under the guise of medical work,” revealing that day the death of 73 volunteers at the center, “Evidence for the use of dangerous elements in human tests.”

The senior officer linked the activities of “Lugar Center”, the spread of African swine fever in Georgia, and the spread of haemorrhagic fever in several regions.

The Russian brigade accused the Americans of spreading species of mosquitoes and insects loaded with specific viruses and germs for testing.

Perhaps the most dangerous thing that Kirillov announced today is that the agency collects the genetic and animal elements and samples of the population in the Russian regions and the North Caucasus, without clarifying the reasons for this research.

Bulgarian journalist Deliana Gitanjeva conducted a field investigation two years ago about the Lugar Center, and chased American employees, contractors from companies working with the Pentagon inside the center, and American contractors at a laboratory in Ukraine.

Gitanjeva revealed the emergence of new species of mosquitoes in Georgia and southern Russia that cause diseases of the population, not originally living in Russia, similar to the types of exposure of American soldiers during the invasion of Iraq. “After Corona, it became terrifying to talk about biological laboratories, and Lugar is one of the most fearful of these centers,” Gitanjeva said in contact with Al-Akhbar.

About a month ago, between 10 and 15 March, a delegation from Parsons, one of the largest systems and technology companies implementing projects for the US Department of Defense, visited Lebanon.

And “Parsons”, apart from her work in the field of intelligence and cyber security and highly sophisticated surveillance systems and the implementation of huge architectural works, and her participation in the destruction of the Syrian chemical weapons arsenal, was a tool of the American occupation in Iraq, and it is an essential part of the system of American forces operating a project “Lugar” in Georgia, and it also obtained a contract worth 9.2 million dollars to work on the Georgian-Russian border. The Russian government accuses Parsons, and many other companies, such as “Patel” and “Metapiota”, of working to conduct dangerous biological tests and collecting “genetic information” about the Russian population.

In isolation from the Russian accusations of “Parsons”, the company’s work on the Lebanese-Syrian borders surrounds a lot of ambiguity, as Al-Akhbar had previously talked about its role in establishing a radar system on the borders that is compatible with its counterpart in Cyprus to serve the American forces.

On its official website, Parsons has announced no more than winning contracts to complete the “second phase of the Lebanese-Syrian border project”, with the aim of “supporting the Lebanese army in discovering, monitoring and repelling attacks from weapons of mass destruction along 233 km of the border with Syria!”

But the company’s announcement did not mention what these risks are and where the threat of weapons of mass destruction comes from, nor the role it will play on the borders with Syria, as long as the actual danger comes from Israel, which already possesses weapons of mass destruction, and what is originally the second stage of the “border project”. »? Note that it operates on the Russian-Georgian border in similar circumstances, as part of the “DTRA” project on the Syrian border, and not far from the Russian forces in the Tartous and Hmeimim bases. Will Parsons “support” the Lebanese army, or will its work also take on a “biological” dimension in the Georgian way?
