Few hours before a planned truce in Yemen, the US-backed Zio-Wahhabi warplanes intensified airstrikes on several areas across the country, with al-Manar correspondent stressing that internationally banned weapons have been used in the brutal attack.Khalil al-Omari, our correspondent in the Yemeni capital, said that the airstrikes on Tuesday hit al-Naqem Mountain and al-Nahda neighborhood in Sanaa.![]() The strikes killed at least 19 people, the correspondent said, adding that the death toll of the airstrikes which targeted the province of Taez a day earlier reached 34. Meanwhile, al-Omari quoted Yemeni doctor as saying that the Zio-Wahhabi coalition has been using internationally banned weapons. “The situation is actually tragic since the aggression is harsh and barbaric,” doctor Kamala Ramima told al-Manar. He said that the doctors across hospitals in Yemen are saying that the injuries indicate that the US-Zio-Wahhabi coalition is using internationally prohibited weapons. Zio-Wahhabi attacks come few hours before the five-day humanitarian truce. Earlier on Sunday, Yemeni army and Ansarullah revolutionaries agreed on the ceasefire, but warned against any violation by Zio-Wahhabi or any of its allies. Yemen has been since March 26 under brutal aggression by Zio-Wahhabi-US coalition. Thousands have been martyred and injured in the attack, with the vast majority of them are civilians. Riyadh launched the attack on Yemen in a bid to restore power to Yemen’s fugitive CIA agent Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi who is Zio-Wahhabi close ally. On April 21, Zio-Wahhabi declared the end of the aggression, dubbed “Decisive Strom,” and the start of another campaign called “Restoring Hope.” |
