Witch hunt against MP who dared criticise IsraHell? YOU Decide

NOVANEWS

David Ward MP has faced condemnation today following statements he made after a visit to Auschwitz where more than a million people were killed in the Holocaust. Most of these innocent victims of Nazi persecution were Jewish.
The statements made by David Ward were as follows:
About Auschwitz – “the Nazi concentration and extermination camp which is the site of the largest mass murder in history”.
“Having visited Auschwitz twice – once with my family and once with local schools – I am saddened that the Jews, who suffered unbelievable levels of persecution during the Holocaust, could within a few years of liberation from the death camps be inflicting atrocities on Palestinians in the new State of Israel and continue to do so on a daily basis in the West Bank and Gaza.”
When questioned about his comments, he stated the Holocaust was “one of the most horrific examples of man’s inhumanity to man”, and questioned “should we not also remember when there are examples of atrocities being committed in the present?”
Holocaust Denial or free speech based on factual analysis of the Israeli occupation? YOU Decide
Is this statement in any way anti-Semitic or does it amount to denying the Holocaust? MPs and right wing media who are being heavily lobbied by Pro-Israelis would suggest it is.
Or, is it the statement of someone who recognises the deep and indescribable tragedy of the Holocaust, and perhaps feels the memory of this is now being betrayed by those who refuse to allow Israel to be criticised for its human rights abuses.
