The We Are All Resistance campaign, organized by the Palestinian Progressive Youth Union, posted a panel honoring the martyrs of the Gaza aggression of 2014 in front of the Palestinian Legislative Council building in Gaza City, bearing the names of the 2,147 martyrs who fell at the hands of occupation forces.
Basil Atawneh, coordinator of the We Are All Resistance Campaign, spoke, saying that the campaign is expressing its loyalty to the cause of the martyrs who gave their lives for the freedom and dignity of Palestine, who are examples for the Palestinian people and inspire the march toward victory. “No degree of bombardment and destruction can be greater than the will of the Palestinian people,” he said.
“Every name of these martyrs carries a story. For each name, we light a candle, to increase the amount of light that illuminates the road to liberation. This enormous number of martyrs is a great proof of the extent of the barbarity of the occupation and the heinous crime committed against our people,” Atawneh said.
The We Are All Resistance Campaign was organized by Palestinian youth during the recent aggression on Gaza in order to support people suffering and in distress, but the campaign continues to organize activities until now.
