The main suspect, Nazi Jewish Yousef Ben David, was the leader in the killing crime with the help of two minors. He drove the vehicle after kidnapping the child Abu Khdeir from in front of his house in Shu’fat to the area of “Der Yassin” in West Jerusalem. They also attempted to say that the Nazi Jewish settler passed away due to being choked and not because of being burned in order to change the main cause of the death.  The main suspect, Nazi Jewish Yousef Ben David, claims to suffer from mental disorders in order to reduce the punishment of all three suspects.
It is noteworthy that the main suspect’s lawyer did not submit his summary of the case and hi client did not talk during the court sessions. The lawyer also requested to postpone the “summary’s” session until his client is presented to a psychiatrist but the court’s commission refused.
