From the experience I had so far I can conclude that the English High Court is institutionally racist. I had that impression since quite a while when I look at judgments where claims have been thrown out against the preferred party.
There is little point in bringing a claim here in the UK, against a UK publisher or any publisher that is favoured by the British judiciary unless you have tons of money, I mean, until you can buy the world so to speak.
It is better here in the UK, that if somebody libels you, libel them back, wait until they sue you and then make a counter-claim if you have time. Of course the short limitation period is a hindrance for that.
But by now I do not believe in English justice at all any longer. There is none there is only the ability to buy the judicial process or you have no chance. English Justice is not interested in justice but only to protect those that they wish to protect and they use all tricks to do so.
In fact if an English publisher libels you or if any other publisher libels you, and you want to sue here, all they do is ask you lots of questions to find out about you and then use the information as intelligence. I think the ethics of English justice are wrong and not just.
They even wanted the addresses of my mother and sister and accused me of mental illness, I had to listen to years of abuse per e-mail and now even my bundles have disappeared. I reckon those arguments I developed are soon being used by some big law firm for their own cases and they’ll win.
Justice Stadlen and Master Rose said I had a good chance to win the case but unfortunately for lack of money I am not allowed to proceed. What a lot of bollocks, totally corrupt the lot of them. I do mean that.
Someone told me that the judges get lots of free dinners as well from the lawyers.
It’s no wonder that most traditional British working class emigrate to more prosperous and more just countries like the continent, USA, Australia and Canada and the empty spaces have to be filled with the emaciated third world immigrants that think this almost slavery like system is heaven compared to hunger in the third world. Of course Britain could not afford to upset its many Muslim immigrants over veil wearing issues, they are the only ones prepared to stay here and keep the little bit of economy going that still exists. I should write another blog titled “at the mercy of immigrants, Britain in the 21st century”
Britain has no industry left and uses residents on the starvation wage of benefits to carry out Zwangsarbeit, called voluntary work to earn their benefits and exploits people. I think David Cameron has got a lot to do, just do not ask me for money over the odds please.
