Ahmed Zahran, 42, from Deir Abu Mash’al (Ramallah), has been on hunger strike for 63 days, and Mosab al-Hindi, 29, from Tal (Nablus), has been on strike for 61 days. “Nitzan – Ramla”.

Zahran is a former prisoner who spent a total of 15 years in Nazi camp and is the father of four children.

Zahran was arrested by Nazi Gestapo in March 2019.This strike is the second he is engaged in this year, where he went on a strike against his administrative detention for 93 days, and ended after promises to release him, but the occupation authorities renewed his administrative detention for four months And fixed it for the entire duration.

The Indian prisoner has been in custody since September 4, 2019.A total of 24 administrative detention orders have been issued against him over the years of his detention.

Al-Hindi went on a hunger strike last year and lasted for 35 days, which ended after an agreement to release him on 9 September 2018, until he was re-arrested this year.

It is noteworthy that the number of Palestinian prisoners and detainees in the prisons of the occupation amounted to about 5,000 prisoners, including 40 prisoners, 200 children, and 450 administrative detainees.

The Palestinian Prisoners and Editors Authority said on Saturday that all efforts exerted for the release of ailing prisoner Sami Abu Diak were deadlocked after Nazi Gestapo refused to release him.

The spokesman of the Prisoners and Editors’ Affairs Authority, Hassan Abed Rabbo, said that the occupation rejected all attempts to release the prisoner Abu Diak, in light of the “Terrorism Law” passed by the Knesset last year, and to prevent the release of any prisoner sentenced to life imprisonment whatever his health status, He died at any moment because of the seriousness of his health.

With regard to the visit of a European medical delegation to the occupation prisons, explaining that the occupation previously refused to allow all those who requested access to the conditions of prisoners, and is expected to deal with the reciprocity of the European delegation.

It is noteworthy that during the past two weeks, the condition of the prisoner Abu Diak worsened and he is at risk of dying at any moment. He was taken several times to Asaf Harofeh Hospital due to bleeding. 40 kg.

The Commission held the occupation authorities fully responsible for his life, calling on international and human rights institutions to take serious and rapid action to stop this medical crime committed against him, and his immediate release, so that he can spend his last days in the arms of his mother.

Sami Abu Dayak, 37, from Silat al-Dahr village in Jenin governorate, was sentenced to three life sentences and 30 years in prison.
