Three Palestinian prisoners remain on hunger strike in Nazi camps, two of them for almost three months, the Palestinian Prisoners Commission said today.

Ahmad Zahran has been on strike for 56 days and Musab Hindi on strike for 54 days, both to protest their administrative detention without charge or trial and to demand their release.

The third prisoner on hunger strike is Abdallah Samhan and he started his strike 12 days ago to protest the Israeli detention of his sister, Rawan, and for sentencing her for 18 months. Samhan has been in prison since 2012 and is serving a 19-year sentence, said the Commission.

Commission spokesman Hasan Abed Rabbo said both Zahran and Hindi are having serious health issues due to the long period of their hunger strike and they refuse to take any supplements or get physical examination.
