On October 5, 2016, the Israeli Navy kidnapped a Women’s Boat to Gaza in international waters as the 13 female peace activists were on their way to break the illegal Israeli blockade of Gaza.

The boat left Barcelona Spain last September in route to the besieged Gaza in another maritime attempt to break Israel’s illegitimate blockade on the Palestinian coastal enclave. There were 13 women on the boat, including Malin Bjork, the European Parliament member, Mairead Maguire, the Nobel peace laureate from Northern Ireland, Fouzia Hassan, a doctor from Malaysia, and retired U.S. army colonel and highly decorated former U.S. career diplomat, Ann Wright. The Gaza Strip is a place where around two million Palestinians have been locked up for nearly a decade in what many describe as the “world’s largest open air prison.”
The nationalities of Women in that Boat going to Gaza were from: Ireland, New Zealand, Sweden, Algeria, South Africa, United States, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Russia, Spain, Norway, and Turkey.

President Barack Obama said on June17, 2014, ” We will do whatever it takes to see that justice is done when people harm Americans.” Does that statement apply to the retired U.S. army colonel?

if so, readers and concerned citizens are urged to contact President Barack Obama at (202)-456-1111 and Secretary of State John Kerry’s Chief of Staff Jonathan Finer at FinerJJ@state.gov or (202) 647-4000, to demand for Ann Wright and her colleagues’ immediate and safe return, an apology from Israel, and an end of Israel’s blockade on Gaza.
