During the general election, RESPECT Salma Yaqoob had gone to Mosques telling Muslims to vote against Labour MP Roger Godsiff telling people to vote against Mr Godsiff because she say he is a jew.*
This incidents took place as part of RESPECT sectarians Yaqoob Anti-Semitic campaign. One the other hand member of RESPECT went to a resident house, which had Mr Godsiff poster in his window, and said: ‘ You cannot have a poster of a jew. Take it down’ and they ataked him.
