5- Muhammad Jamil Sharith is the person who told me and it is documented in court that the plaintiff told him to call her on the phone and threatens her that he is a Dr. Adel Samara and she told him that she will open a business shop for him, but as he told me in my office, he refused and said that he will attend the court and testify to what he told her. And I said to him, but: Why do you bear witness in my favor? He said because you are a thinker and a fighter. And I told him that I don’t offer anyone anything but register in the university a master and I will help you academically in secret because I am prohibited to work as a university professor and connect him with a Dr. Susan Marwa to help him register, I called her but he didn’t go and I witnessed Dr. Susan in the court with it. But he withdrew from the testimony and said to me, Doctor, you exposed me and this is what he wrote to me on Messenger and it is in the court file, and he said pressure from his family … Etc. The plaintiff’s request from Mohamed Jamil to make threats by phone came after the date of the first court hearing, which is June 30, 2016, where the plaintiff said in her statement that he was receiving phone threats, meaning it was from a Dr. Adel Samara, so Judge Muhammad Hussein told her to prepare the numbers, and here we are in the seventh year and the numbers were not prepared, but she got involved in the claim of the phone threat and tried to patch the matter with the promise of Muhammad Jamil Shreeth that he would call and threaten her with my name. And there are many more.
6- The plaintiff said in her first statement on June 30, 2016, that the statement she allegedly wrote “accuses her of what is natural and has its history.” Nice, and what about a statement accusing her? And the statement against the cry of calling for a state with the settlers that she and Dr tried to promote in the name of resistance. Yahya Ghadar from Lebanon in Damascus to the gathering of the alleged Ghadar called “The Arab and Islamic Gathering to Support the Choice of Resistance” and to camouflage on his natural history called it “The Global Gathering to Support the Resistance Choice” !!!
