While ”progressives” keep progressing into another war, people with sanity are speaking up against it. Nonpartisan movement against the attack on Syria is gaining momentum with each passing day.

People around the world understand that a promised surgical strike on Syria, may quickly grow out of hand while turning a regional conflict into much larger war, possibly triggering a nuclear exchange between the U.S. Russia and China.
One doesn’t need to be an army general to understand the probability of military madness going wild, mutually destroying all sides of the conflict. It was October 1962 when the Cold War between United States and now days Russia came closest to turning into full-scale nuclear war.
The Cuban missile crisis could be the last page of the human history. Fortunately the conflict was peacefully resolved, and humankind was given a chance to exist. However, 50 years later, we facing the same threat once again. While president Obama is trying to convince Congress to approve another aggression against a sovereign state based on yet another lies, Russian and Chines ships are moving toward Mediterranean Sea. [1]
Hidden deep underwater submarines are ready to launch nuclear missiles. Intercontinental ballistic missiles are ready to deliver a load of nuclear power into every large city in America and Russia, turning our world into ruins and ashes. But do the politicians understand the risk? Some of them certainly do, and these are the once who are speaking against it. Others, who are beating the war drum, deafened by the rewards, apparently don’t.
Out of control American government is pushing for military intervention in Syria, while siding with Al Qaida’s rebels who eat human hearts cut out of chests of the Syrian soldiers. [2] Beheading live people [3], throwing them of the building [4], shooting children [5] [6]and gang raping and killing teenage girls [7].
These are the people who American government fund and support while trying to convince the world that bombing Syria means helping Syria. Gorge Orwell on steroids, one would think. But there is a method to their madness. More wars mean more money for a tiny elite. Quite cynical indeed.
More arms to sell, more oil and natural resources to capture, and of course, more land to occupy to build more military bases for greater expansion of the American hegemony in the world. Nothing new, the same old script with only new blood to be spilled. The good news though is that a massive awakening is sweeping the globe.
People are getting fed up with governments corruption and lies. However, whether the awakening of human dignity and spirit will reach its peak before the mushroom clouds will block the sun for years to come, remains to be seen.
