The attack took place in Dimona, located in the south of the occupied Palestinian territories, on Friday, the Palestinian Ma’an News Agency reported.
The assailant, who has been detained, first attacked a 35-year-old Bedouin laborer before fleeing the scene and stabbing another three Palestinian workers, all reported to be in their 50s, according to the report.
Also on Friday, a Palestinian was shot dead by Nazi police at a gateway to the Nazi illegaly occupied city of al-Khalil (Hebron) in the southern West Bank.
Violence continued
According to reports, the suspect was a Dimona resident, who was “known to police.”
The incident followed the death of a 20-year-old Palestinian male from gunshot wounds he had sustained during clashes with Nazi troops in occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem) on Thursday.
On Monday, a 13-year-old Palestinian teenager, identified as Abdel Rahman Abdullah, was also shot dead in the chest by Nazi troops at the Aida refugee camp north of the occupied city of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society said in a statement late on Sunday that at least three Palestinians had been killed and 400 others wounded in clashes with Nazi forces and Nazi Jewish settlers in the occupied territory over the previous 24 hours.
The clashes come amid increasing confrontation between Nazi army and Palestinians, which were triggered by Tel Aviv’s imposition on August 26 of sweeping restrictions on entries into the compound of the al-Aqsa Mosque and Nazi Jewish settlers’ repeated stormings of the mosque.
Also on Thursday, the Nazi regime banned Palestinian men under the age of 50 from attending Friday prayers at the mosque, which is located in occupied East al-Quds (Jerusalem).
UN ‘concerned’
UN High Commissioner for Human Right Zeid Ra’ad al-Hussein on Thursday expressed extreme concern over the escalation of the tensions in the occupied territories, urging an end to the violence.
The UN official also warned about the rising number of the Palestinians injured by live ammunition, rubber bullets and tear gas.
