In response to the assassination of Soleimani .. Nasrallah: The American army must be removed from the area
The Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, said, “The response to the assassination of the Quds Force Commander Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis is to remove the American forces from the area.”
Nasrallah added, in a televised speech, at a memorial festival for Soleimani and the engineer in the southern suburb of Beirut: “The just punishment for the crime of assassinating Soleimani is the American military presence in our region, and the martyrs who drove the Americans out of our area previously still exist.”
Nasrallah stressed: “When the coffins of the American soldiers begin to return to the United States, Trump will realize that he lost the region and the elections, and then the Zionists will get out of it and we may not need a fight with them.”
He said, “The axis of the resistance must determine its decision to respond, because targeting is not just for Iran, and the just punishment should be along our region.”
It is noteworthy that the American army assassinated the commander of the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Qassem Soleimani, and the deputy head of the popular crowd, Abu Muhandi, the engineer, after bombing their convoy near Baghdad airport, at dawn last Friday.
