226 wanted fugitives who had joined Nusra and other Takfiri groups have surrendered to the authorities making the Amnesty Program a complete success. They turned in all their weapons and signed covenants not to engage in any more destruction of their own homeland. Some have volunteered to join the PDC and they will be vetted appropriately. Others will return to as normal a life as they can get given the circumstances.
