I got this from the Facebook page “Justice for Children in State Care” (Ireland). Having worked for 30 years with Children in Care in Birmingham this really strikes a chord with me – it is frightening when children & young people who don’t have the usual support networks go missing. They are so vulnerable to exploitation and dangers. It is so easy to get on a boat from Dublin to England, Wales or Scotland and even easier to get up to the north of Ireland. So that’s why I’m sending this out.
