Holding hostages to elect a president?
With Iran in the news lately, let’s take a closer look at the history between us and this nation.
Though the Carter administration worked tirelessly to try and get American hostages released from Iran, they weren’t going to let the prisoners go.
With so many freezes to their economic assets, it’s a wonder that they didn’t…unless someone else had something to do with it.
Reagan’s campaign manager was networking with conservatives who couldn’t stand Carter, and he may have done something to keep those hostages locked up longer than they would have been otherwise…
This is how we got Reagan, Iran-Contra and the Bush legacy.
