GAZA, Ismail Haneyya, Hamas’s supreme leader, affirmed the right of the Palestinians to resist in all forms, means and tools, stressing at the same time the Palestinian people’s right of return to their homeland.
Haneyya was addressing the second international student conference, which was held in Gaza on Tuesday afternoon under the slogan of “The Role of Student and Youth Organizations in Supporting the Palestinian Cause and Rejecting Normalization.”
Hamas’s leader pointed out that resistance is a realistic option through which Hamas was able to liberate the land of Gaza and prisoners.
He reiterated Hamas’s adherence to the resistance option until final liberation and the establishment of the Palestinian state.
“Our people are facing plans to liquidate the Palestinian cause such as annexation, deal of the century, normalization and division of Al-Aqsa”, he noted.
Haneyya expressed his Movement’s commitment to implementing all that has been agreed upon in the Cairo dialogues and the meetings of the Palestinian factions’ Secretaries-General.
