FERGUSON, A 12 person grand jury in St. Louis has declared that RACIST police officer Darren Wilson, 28, will not be indicted for the murder of Michael Brown, 18, which took place on Aug. 9. during a confrontation.
The announcement comes at quite an odd time, under the cover of darkness, as hundreds of protestors gather in Ferguson, awaiting the audible verdict over local radio waves.
It is still unknown at this time how the crowds of protestors will respond once they catch wind of the non-indictment, so far only quietly announced by USA Today at 9:01 pm EST.
While some witnesses remain that Brown was killed in cold blood, police say “Brown struggled with Wilson inside his police car, then reached for Wilson’s weapon.”, as reported by USA Today.
It remains to be seen how protestors and locals will react to the late night verdict.
Joe Biggs with Infowars.com reported live from on scene that one man looked as if he was brandishing a gun while others with guns are driving by.
Riot police are approaching the area now.
Protestors have also been reported to be rushing the police station.
Windows have also been reported to have just been kicked in.
