The sources of the Syrian Observatory added that the American side promised to improve the situation significantly during the coming period throughout the northeastern region of Syria, and that they will continue to provide logistical and material support to SDF and allocate huge sums of money to combat corruption, and there will also be a plan of action to ensure the return of the people of Ras al-Ain (Sere Kaniye). ) and Tal Abyad to their areas in a safe manner, and the pro-Ankara factions will withdraw from those areas.
