Waiter at Birmingham balti house bombarded customer with indecent texts

A RANDY waiter at a Birmingham balti house sent a snap of his MANHOOD to a female customer who had booked a party for her first wedding anniversary, it has been claimed.
Shocked Asiya Field, 22, of Walsall, contacted the lavish Akbar’s restaurant, on Hagley Road, to make the reservation for the special occasion and handed over her mobile number.
But she got more than she bargained for when just 30 minutes later she was bombarded with texts by an employee insisting that she “get to know” him.
The devout Muslim spurned his advances, telling him she was married. But he wrote “your (sic) not even married… so give that a rest!”
Three hours later, he sent her the shocking picture of his penis.
When distraught Asiya, a school administrator, told him that she would be going to the police, he pleaded “I apologise sincerely. Only just started at Akbars”.
He then went on to text: “Sorry. Do not tell my manager please, only just started that job. Seriously that was suppose (sic) to (be for) someone else, seriously!”
He sent 15 texts in total. The waiter has since been suspended by bosses at the restaurant, which opened on the former site of nightspot Liberty’s in 2009. Police confirmed they are investigating the incident.
“I am thoroughly disgusted and horrified with the waiter’s behaviour,” said Asiya, who had visited the restaurant on two previous occasions. “I thought it was bad enough that he had got my number then sent me messages.
“Then he sent me the picture. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I told him immediately that I was going to the police. He pleaded with me not to take it further.

I think it is disgusting and Akbar’s should be ashamed of such staff
working for them! I can’t believe how disgusting this guy is!

Hi am suprised at this story as i know the owner of Akbars,hes got 500 staff working for him.
He cannot know whats in peoples minds, but i do know is that he tells all his staff that treat all customers with respect as if they are your own family.

I know theres two sides to every story but people
dont tend to make things up unless they are really
pathetic. I sympathise with the sister but this doesnt
reflect the whole restaurant. Iv never been there but
these things unfortunately happen when guys bein guys
behave like idiots, well most of them. But i would have
thought there workers would be proffesional. Incidents
happen but u have to think wot reason am i boycotting
the restaurant for. It would make more sense if it was due
to them selling alcohol and the owners being muslim. I
it must be difficult not to sell alcohol but really is it.
Allah provides and we need to try to make all our money
halal. I hope the owner takes some sort of notice InshAllah.
Hope things get better for u sis and remain patient.
The man done wrong sure but we have all sent texts in error probably not on the same gutter level as this guy but he took the consquances big deal shit happens get over it he apolgised and no that he is unemployed he is more likely to become even more of social problem a severe warning should have been the end of it from the management. I believe he was sending it to some other bird he knew better and got his numbers mixed up , after all if hed never seen the women before its not plausible he would have done it. I don’t see what the man ethnic origin has to do with his behaviour when you opened a Sunday paper most of the pedos of the week are white did any one make a big deal about Saviles ethnic origin Oh I suppose its a different ball game when your Prodstent white male and mason.
