Nazi Occupied Jerusalem: He did not hesitate for a moment about solidarity and protest for the Palestinian prisoners who were abused or repressed, and although he knows the Nazi sanctions he will face, he always remains the rebellious prisoner.

Al-Maqdisi Al-Maqdisi Ayman Al-Sharbati (52 years) spent half his life in the occupation prisons and left behind four children (two young men and women) after he was arrested by the Israeli occupation forces on the seventeenth of March 1998.

His daughter, young lady Hanin Al-Sharbati, told “Quds News”: “We are used to my father, because he does not accept injustice or humiliation, and he is usually suppressed because of his continuous protest actions.”

She adds that he was very saddened by the death of the martyr prisoner Sami Abu Diyak, and he burned his cell in Hadarim prison, in order to condemn that crime, as he was subjected to a series of penalties, including preventing us from visiting him tomorrow.

When her father was arrested, Hanin was in her first year and still not aware of what was happening around her, and what the occupation had done to her family. That child grew older and became a young woman in her twenties, so the prison deprived her of his arms.

“I, like any girl in the world, wants her whole family to be with all its members around her, but since my first year the occupation has prevented me from playing with my father and embracing him without counting a minute on me. My sorrow, joy, crying and tiredness, “says Hanin. And she adds: “The pillar of the house is gone .. What is wrong ?!”

The prisoner Al-Sharbati is sentenced to life imprisonment after he was convicted of carrying out several commanding operations targeting settlers in the Old City of Jerusalem, after which a settler was killed and another was injured, in addition to his affiliation with the “Fatah” movement.

The head of the Prisoners’ Families Committee, Amjad Abu Asab, told Quds News: Ayman has a high morality, with his kindness and wonderful spirit, as all the prisoners who lived with him in one prison loved him, noting that he was dubbed “the citizen”.

Burning the dungeon is not the only protest measure for Sherbaty, as the Israeli flag was burned more than once, defending the rights of the prisoners, and condemning their repression and protesting the abuse policy of the occupation against them.

The prison administration denies him visits for many months, in addition to his isolation and sometimes fining him and transferring him to other prisons, without heeding these measures.

The Palestinian Prisoners Studies Center has documented the arrest of approximately 343,000 Palestinians by the Nazi occupation forces since the intifada of the stones in 1987 until today.

The media spokesman for the center, Riyad Al-Ashqar, said that the policy of arrests adopted by the occupation and affected nearly a million Palestinians since the Nazi occupation of the Palestinian territories in 1948 failed to achieve its goals by subjugating the Palestinian people and deterring them from resisting until the liberation of their land .

And he stated that (210) thousand cases of detention were recorded from the beginning of the intifada until the arrival of the Palestinian Authority in mid-1994, affecting all groups and segments of the Palestinian society, including thousands who were arrested more than once. In 1988, which received tens of thousands of prisoners and witnessed the rise of a number of martyrs .

He added that (10,000) arrests were recorded between 1994 and the outbreak of the Al-Aqsa Intifada on September 28, 2000, and (97) thousand arrests were made during the years of the Al-Aqsa Intifada and up to the Jerusalem uprising in October 2015, which witnessed about (26) thousand arrests. .

Al-Ashqar indicated that the conditions of the prisoners during the first intifada were much worse than they are now, and the prisons lacked the minimum requirements for simple life, and there are not many tools available to the prisoners after that despite the occupation to provide them with empty bowel battles .

He added that the food was poor in quantity and quality in a way that exceeds what it is now, and there are no covers, mattresses or clothes, and prisons were overcrowded with prisoners, as were many prisons where visits were permanently prohibited, and physical violence was prevalent in dealing with prisoners .

Al-Ashqar noted that there are still (26) prisoners held in the Nazi occupation camp since the first intifada and before them, the old prisoners who the occupation refused to release within the fourth installment of the agreement to revive negotiations between Zionist puppet Ab-A$$ the and the Nazi occupation, including (9) prisoners from the West Bank, the oldest of whom is the prisoner Muhammad Ahmad Al-Tus from Hebron 10/6/1985, and (12) prisoners from the lands of the 48 most ancient and oldest of them all, the prisoner Karim Youssef Younis from the lands of the 48 and detained since 6/1/1983, and (5) from Jerusalem the oldest of them is the prisoner Samir Ibrahim Abu Nimah who has been detained since 20 / 10/1986, and one prisoner from the Gaza Strip, Dia Al-Falouji, after the death of the prisoner Faris Baroud .

The captive movement presented during the seven years of the uprising of stones (43) martyrs, out of (222) martyrs who are the total martyrs of the captive movement, including (23) martyrs who died as a result of torture, and (11) prisoners were martyred as a result of deliberate medical negligence and (2) martyrs They were martyred as a result of direct shooting, and 7 prisoners were also killed as a result of willful killing in cold blood after the arrest .

The Nazi occupation army arrested, at dawn today, nine Palestinians, after storming their homes in villages and towns in the occupied West Bank.

The Nazi Occupation Army stated in a statement that its forces arrested nine wanted Palestinians tonight, claiming that they were suspected of acts described as “violent and terrorist.”

He added that the detainees were transferred for interrogation at the Nazi Gestapo investigation centers.

Local sources indicated that the detainees were: journalist Sameh Al-Titi from Al-Arroub camp, north of Hebron, Ali Talib Al-Hroub, from Dura, south of the city, and arrested Ahmed Al-Asafra, Sami Suleiman Al-Atawneh, and Abdel-Fattah Anwar Al-Atawneh from Beit Kahil, west of the city.

The Nazi occupation forces arrested the young man, Najeh Kamil, from the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, and Amir Ali Ajaj, from the town of Saida, in the Tulkarm district.

A number of Palestinians were shot dead during the confrontations that erupted after the Nazi occupation forces stormed several neighborhoods in the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, and the youths threw Molotov cocktails and stones towards the military vehicles.

They stormed the house of the released prisoner, Saed Abu Al-Baha, in the town of Betonia, west of Ramallah, and confiscated his vehicle.

Clashes also erupted in the “shoulder of the valley” neighborhood in the city of Jericho, where the soldiers fired sound and gas bombs at a random manner against young men and Palestinian homes.

Prisoners cut their salaries in the occupation prisons threaten escalation steps

The Prisoners and Editors Affairs Authority reported, Thursday evening, that the Israeli Occupation Prisons Administration transferred the prisoner Ismail Ali Al-Mudarib from the day before yesterday, 37 days in a row, against his administrative detention, from isolating the Negev to isolating the prison of Aila.

The severed prisoners released their salaries in the prisons of the Nazi occupation, on Monday evening, a statement demanding the return of their salaries.

In their statement, the prisoners said that the return of the salary of every severed prisoner whose salary should be within prisons should return his full salary by 100% with retrospective and undiminished effect.

They added: “Every prisoner whose salary is 50% re-paid 100% retroactively, and all this is the same as all prisoners and detainees, without distinction between the prisoners who sacrificed their ages and the flowers of their youth for the sake of the homeland and the dignity of the Palestinian people . “

The prisoners continued in their statement: “We will announce in the next statement the date for the start of the steps and the names of all officials who promised to solve this file. Unfortunately, they did not fulfill their promises to us,” noting that they have been suffering for nearly two years from the issue of salary cuts guaranteed by Palestinian law and national customs.

They pointed out that there were serious attempts to dialogue and discussion with all concerned parties, and they promised six months ago that this matter will be resolved within two months, but the six months have passed and the rights have not been fully restored, even worse than that was the response of one of the officials in the authorities that you do not have any Rights, and that these salaries will not be returned, striking at the wall the president’s decision to immediately return these salaries.

Visiting every month once, twice, or even every six months at once, salutes the prisoner held behind bars, and sends himself a renewed hope every time he sees dear parents, brothers, sisters or children.

However, what happened with Sherine and her two children, Hala and Aya, negatively affected their psyche, as the occupation deprived them of seeing their most precious things, including husband, father, friend, and son as well.

On the pretext of security refusal, the occupation prevents the captive Za’anen from seeing him and reassuring his condition and health, for three consecutive years without knowing the reasons that prompted him to take such a measure.

The captive Za’anin (34 years old) was discharged from the Gaza Strip on July 23, 2013, through the Beit Hanoun / Erez checkpoint, for treatment at the Makassed Philanthropic Society Hospital in Jerusalem, where he obtained a medical permit from the occupation authorities.

However, while trying to leave the Gaza Strip, Nazi forces arrested him and transferred him to investigations and numerous trials, which ended with a 17-year prison sentence after conviction on several charges.

Sherine Zaanin – the wife of the prisoner – told “Quds News” that the occupation has prevented her and her two children from visiting her husband, as well as his mother, on the pretext of security refusal, since three years ago.

She adds that his two daughters, Hala (9 years) and Aya (7 years), constantly ask about him and his conditions, because his absence greatly affected their lives, and preventing the visit exacerbated the psychological situation for them.

The prisoner Za’anin suffers from medical negligence inside prisons, as he suffers from complications related to nerves as a result of a shoulder and hand injury in 2006, and he has been waiting for surgery for two years, but the prison administration has exercised his right – like other sick prisoners – the policy of procrastination and medical neglect.

Sherine confirms that her captive husband feels very cold in this atmosphere in the desert Nazi camp “Nafha”, as the family was unable, due to the banning of visits, to provide him with clothes that protect him from the cold, appealing to the human rights and prisoners’ organizations to intervene to solve this crisis.

She points out that her husband needs treatment immediately and quickly, and he must undergo surgery because of tendon damage in his hand, as well as the presence of fatty bags over the eye.

The occupation arrests the editor, Bushra Al-Tawil

Nazi occupation forces arrested a journalist and activists in the prisoners’ field, Bushra Jamal Al-Tawil, after storming her house in the Umm Al-Sharayet neighborhood of Al-Bireh city in the occupied West Bank.

It is noteworthy that her father, Sheikh Jamal Al-Tawil, was released from the occupation prisons only 7 days ago, after a 22-month detention in administrative detention, and he was the former mayor of Al-Bireh, and he was detained more than once in the Nazi occupation camp.

It is noteworthy that this detention is the fourth for her, where she spent her first arrest five months and obtained her freedom in the fulfillment of the free deal.

The occupation forces re-arrested the activist, Al-Tawil, on November 1, 2017, after storming her family’s home in the Umm Al-Sharayet area in Al-Bireh, and searched him, destroyed his contents, and confiscated an amount of money for her.

The Court of Appeal in “Ofer” rejected at the time the appeal of the lawyer of the captive Al-Tawil, against issuing an administrative detention decision against her, so he demanded her release and confirmed her administrative order for a period of four months without renewal.

And before the first term expired, the court renewed her administrative decision for the second time, for another four new months, based on a recommendation from the occupation intelligence, on the pretext of having a secret file for it, and before the second period ended two weeks ago she decided to release her.

Today, the long released occupation is arrested for the fourth time. She is a media activist active in the issues of prisoners and works as a spokesperson for the Enin Al-Qaid Foundation.

Her date of arrest today coincides with the previously scheduled date for the release of her father, Hamas leader Gamal al-Tawil, who embraced freedom a week ago.
