Stop the War – Stop the War must support the Syrian revolution

What we are experiencing is a revolution, please we need to understand
What we are experiencing is a revolution, please we need to understand

British journalist – Syrian Salwa Amor says the move Stop the War – Stop the War has lost the respect of the Syrians, not supporting their revolution.
Since the revolution in Syria began two and a half years ago and was greeted by an oppressive regime with unprecedented force, the world seems to have been silent about the crimes that have occurred in the course. Apart from a couple of threads here and there on the all-news channels, it seems to those inside Syria that the world does not care about what is happening in their own land and if their government is committing crimes against humanity or not.
Before the threat of war in Iraq, the Arabs felt that the West (the people, not their governments) finally began to understand their struggle against oppression, occupation and dictatorship. The March of the Million, which took place on the streets of London was a landmark for the people of Iraq and the entire Arab world, it was the first time we were able to see a visual solidarity towards their continuing struggles .
Fast forward to 2011 and a 26 year old who worked as a street vendor in Tunisia set himself, along with the entire Arab region, to focus on what would become the Arab Spring. Egypt has followed suit and the anti-war movement have applauded while they were witnesses to another Arab country that toppled its dictator tyrant.
Inspired by Bouazizi, a man in the same January Syria also gave fire to himself, hoping that the flames burned his body would be the inspiration to his fellow citizens to rise up against their dictator. ” DID YOU WATCH WHAT ZIO-NATO RAT’S KILLING SYRIAN CIVILIAN’S ? ” The man’s name was Hasan Ali Akleh ” WE NEVER HEARD OFF THIS MAN ?? His story is not as well known, it is actually just been documented. Perhaps because the country from which it came is not news, but it was the spark that lit the hearts of at least some Syrians, since the protests began to slowly come to life in Al Raqa that same message, even if they have received little or no attention media.
Western conspiracy?
As the protests had begun to be more prevalent, PRESIDENT Assad has proudly proclaimed that he was the victim of an imperialist plot backed by the West and Israel that he would fight, no matter what happens. And fight what he did, but unlike the leaders of Tunisia and Egypt, Assad has used his most deadly weapons, mostly made in Russia ” CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT THE AMERICAN AND ZIONIST WEAPONS GIVEN TO THE RAT’S BY TE MOSSAD AND CIA FREE OF CHARGE PAID BY ZIONIST WAHABI IN SAUDI ARABIA ?”    that has been provided free of charge. Syrians wounded in the hospitals of the bombs would tell you that TNT would literally put hundreds of holes in the bodies of the victims, leaving them to implore the mercy of death.
Yet the anti-war movement and the left watched in silence while the murderous fury continued for two and a half years, with the fear that the West would use this for their own interests and to invade another country, in the name of freedom. From a political point of view they were right – the West “spread democracy and freedom”, only where his interests are strong. From the human point of view, however, the left is so dead wrong this time.
As people of conscience, those who struggle for peace and justice movements have a greater responsibility to those under oppression, and I fear that the movement of the left and against the war has fallen in the eyes of the Syrians around the world . And when I say Syrians, I am not referring to Alawites, 7% who have been brainwashed to loyalty to Assad, ” LIKE THE STUPID AMERICA’S LOYAL TO THE ZIONIST MEDIA ”  because there are some of them who have joined the anti-war protests calling for “no intervention in Syria.” They have the right to have their say as chiunqu, but the majority of them do not rappressentano Sirianni, like many on the left have suggested.
Syrian Revolution OR CIA WAHABI REVOLUTION
If the left was on the side of ordinary Syrians around and declared their support for their revolution as they did with Tunisia and Egypt would not feel like a slap in the face to the revolution, when today you stand out from the parliament asking for any intervention in Syria. It is not sufficient at this stage to the end of the game to simply call for no intervention. There must be support for the revolutionaries who risked their lives for 30 months in their quest for freedom. ” SO YOU WANT NATO INTERVENTION LIKE LIBYA WHY YOU DON’T SAY THE AMERICAN AND WESTERN POWER GET OUR OF THE MIDDLE EAST? ”
If the Socialists / Communists and leftists do not support the oppressed and shout for freedom, then something is very wrong. The movement has the right to demand that their government not to intervene in foreign wars, but at least you should bear signs that tell the Syrians who have lost their homes, families and dignity that “we, the people of Great Britain are with you. ” Holding signs that say “No action or touch the Syria” seems the Syrians who are on the side of Russia and the Russian Federation, and he was speaking from the beginning (with its warships to Tartus after the 5th month of the revolt and most of the weapons that have killed Syrians were a gift from Assad by Putin).
If the position of the movement is “no all’intervenzione”, then it must include Russia and Iran otherwise it is really one-sided. Maybe the left is lenient towards crimes of Russia, because they are not committed in the name of Western imperialism, or perhaps Russia and also the background of the Assad family and socialist ties to Marxism and communism have blinded the left who can not see the their faults.
Somehow those who are against Western imperialism have become blind in one eye, they see clearly the crimes of the West, but the sight of their other eye is blocked by a belief or a hope that the world would be a better place if only capitalism would be removed along with its imperialistic ideals.
Unfortunately, history teaches us that evil exists in many forms and ways, which is not defined on the basis of color, religion or race, but resides in all those who are alive, as well as altruism and kindness. The West can not take the blame for Syria, not because he is not worthy of blame for much of the turmoil in the Middle East, but because there are other evils of the world.
Disheartening
It ‘s really disheartening to see a movement that has been built to support the oppressed that is so unsupportive of the Syrian revolution. And ‘as if they have completely neglected the revolt. Almost like it never happened, or that the whole crisis can be described as a Western imperialist conspiracy.
They were not the Syrians oppressed and humiliated for 40 years? It was not the secret police in Syria responsible for intolerable instilled fear in the hearts of young and old, or the cause of thousands of deaths under torture? To reduce the Syrian revolution to a Western imperialist plot is that it implies that all the evil in the world comes from the West. Assad was not from the West, his secret police who tortured children to death were Syrians, born and raised in Syria, away the watchful eye of the West.
This Saturday, stop the war held another protest against Western intervention. How can you argue with their logic, the West in fact imposes his ideas on the world. Yet, the next protest and its slogans embody the essence of white supremacy of the mind to impose their beliefs on the revolution and the demands of the Syrian people. No surgery, Hands Off Syria are not slogans that have come from Syria, even remotely, therefore, it must be assumed that they are the keywords that are being imposed on the Syrian people.
Because if you cared to read and translate only some of the signs that those in the besieged cities in Syria show with pride to the lights of the media around the world have discovered early on that the most famous and popular of all is SOS! The Syrians are begging for help, they can not take the bombing, starvation, lack of water and the spread of the disease, the bodies under the rubble or children who are buried alive in them. So, who are to the left in Britain to declare hands off Syria when in fact they are the Syrians to seek help?
Stop the War is a grassroots organization whose work is valuable in Britain and abroad and the Syrian revolution is no different, is the struggle of a people that the left has pushed under the carpet for fear of Western imperialism. The irony is that the Syrians are fighting for the same thing for which beat the Stop the War, but the tragedy is that the left does not put his paranoia of the West waiting for enough time to hear the cries coming out of the rubble from the their Syrian counterparts revolutionary.
