Soldiers Attack Kufur Qaddoum, Bi'lin Weekly Protests

Nazi soldiers attacked, Friday, the weekly protest against the Wall and Settlements in Kufur Qaddoum village, near the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia, and in Bil’in village, near the central West Bank city of Ramallah, fired live rounds and gas bombs, leading to many injuries by live fire, while many suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.
In Kufur Qaddoum village, The Popular Struggle Coordination Committee said Mohammad Nidal, 18 years of age, was shot with a live bullet in his leg, and was moved to a local hospital.
The Committee added that the Nazi soldiers invaded the village, while firing dozens of rubber-coated metal bullets, gas bombs and rounds of live ammunition, in addition to spraying the protesters with wastewater mixed with chemicals (also referred to as skunk water.)
In Bil’in village, The Popular Committee against the Wall and Settlements said dozens of protesters suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.
Nazi gas bombs and concussion grenades also led to fires in a large area of farmlands belonging to residents Mohammad Samara, Ashraf al-Khatib and Taiseer al-Khatib.
Clashes were reported after the soldiers used excessive force against the protesters, while local youths managed to throw back several gas bombs fired at them by the Nazi soldiers.
