Press TV: Russia, very busy these days hosting guest, first the US visit of secretary of state John Kerry, they have resolved, they have agreed, with Russia has said all along the Geneva Accord should be the road map to end the conflict; of course they decided their own proposal but it mirrors that. Why would the US at this time come out and agree to that?
Dankof: I think you are dealing with a situation where the United States which has been led around by the Zionist regime of Israel by the nose since these latest Middle Eastern incursions began in 2001 and 2003, suddenly finds itself in a very precarious position.
The United States has overextended militarily, the United States has overextended economically and its popu canon has pointed out the latest poll taken by the Huffington post, shows that the people of the United States oppose arming these rebels by three to one margin, they oppose American airstrike in Syria by four to one margin, they oppose American boots on the ground in Syria by 14 to one margin.
So as the United States is positioning, it is beginning to position American troops on Jordanian-Syrian border and the Zionist-controlled Western news media is spinning this conflict in the same way that they did it in the run-up to the invasion of Iraq in 2003.
More sensible Americans are beginning to understand that the United States, the people of the United States do not have a dog in this hunt and that this whole thing is being driven by the very people that Dr. Philip Giraldi identified today at antiwar.com is the gatekeeper of Zion.

Dankof: Completely lacking in fact; let’s take a look at what Dr. Philip Giraldi, a former CIA station chief has written today at antiwar.com about the gatekeeper of Zion. I would ask the American people who read Dr. Girladi’s piece today entitled the gatekeepers of Zion; who are the people whose fingerprints are all over the American position on this subject? We are talking about the American Israeli political action committee, or Public Affairs Committee; we are talking about the American Jewish committee, we are talking about the council of presidents of major Jewish organizations, we are talking about anti-defamation league of b’nai b’rith.
All of these people in addition to Hudson institute, the American Enterprise Institute, the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and so forth and so on, have obvious provable direct links to the Israeli lobby, the Israeli Intelligence community and all the Jewish cash that has been buying these American political elections that continues to finance this madness; that is a matter of record Sir. You might read something other than the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal to figure that out.
(In reply to Hajjar), who is financing the other side in Syria more? Who is financing the Sunni Wahhabi fanatics? Who is financing al-Qaeda in Syria? Who is financing al-Nusra organization?
Hajar: Saudi Arabia and Qatar and Turkey.
Dankof: That is right; Saudi Arabia and the [Persian] Gulf Cooperation Council states, because of the deal that they have cut with Israel and the United States behind the scene to support these al-Qaeda extremists in Syria against the Iranians and against Hezbollah.
Press TV: Mark Dankof, our guest talks about the dictatorial tendency, but it is what the US has agreed to, have not they in terms of the Geneva Accord, wish they say now it is a new proposal but it really mirrors that; why has the US at this point and not to mention the Prime Minister David Cameron, somewhat switched their position, they are more cordial towards Russia. What is occurred?
Dankof:Well, I think there are several things, again set aside side of the American people oppose American military and intelligence involvement in Syria and black operational intelligence in Syria by three to one, four to one and 14 to one margins.
I do not think anyone escapes looking at the fact American 17 trillion dollar national debts and overextension of military empire abroad in this fishing expeditions for Israel, is destroying the fabric of this country, politically, economically and militarily.
And then of course, I think [Russian] President Putin with these intimations about S-300 surface to air missile sale to Syria is sending a signal that Russia and potentially Beijing would be more proactive this time and trying to stop these American, British, Israeli and NATO interventions in fishing expeditions in the Middle East and Central Asia.
So the Unites States, it would appear, is listening at least to a little bit of some political and military advice from some folks who are not on [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu payroll, suggesting that the Syrian situation could be an Americans’ quick end and very very quickly.
Press TV: What is your reaction to in particular of course the use of chemical weapons that this viewer mentioned?
Dankof: Well, again when we look at this use of chemical weapons we have already noted that Carla Del Ponte, this UN investigator who is a former Swiss Attorney General is now telling us as the New York Times is having to concede that the evidence of the utilization of Sarin gas in Syria is the gas that has been used not by Assad’s regime but by the al-Qaeda, al-Nusra, Wahhabi galaments that are trying to overthrow his government.
I suggest that is a microcosm of a much bigger picture in the way that all of this is being spun in the American and Western news media.
When it comes to the whole business of petrodollar; I do not think there will be any questions if you look into Muammar Gaddafi or Saddam Hussein or [Iran’s President] Mahmud Ahmadinejad that the American interest in regime change in all of these various parts of the world has been and continues to be a protection of petrodollar that is a very very serious trouble as more and more countries consider an alternative to the American dollar in terms of oil transaction specifically and economic transaction generally.

Dankof: Two things again I would urge people to read Dr. Philip Giraldi’s piece today the gatekeepers of Zion to see the absolute qualitative evidence and quantitative evidence of who is behind this and sense John Hajjar suggested to international public that I am some sort of … for saying what I have said
I have another suggestion for the international audience and that is to get the exact name of the organization that he is representing in Boston and researching who might be on the board of directors of this organization and get some information that who might be financing it.
I suspect there might be some overlapping relationships with some of the people and institutions and organizations that Philip Giraldi talked about today.
