On The Campaign Trail of “Dr” K A Paul

An Indian converted Christian pastor from Andra Pradesh with a U.S. American passport continues to leave a trail of unpaid bills, fraudulent activities, deception and out right lies in front of media, while seeking shelter in Sudan

Mathaba has been on the “campaign” trail of “Dr” K A Paul, true and continued passport name Anand Kilari, since late August 2011.

We have uncovered an amazingly brazen trail of deception by Kilari, which includes outright and verifiable lies in front of Indian government ministers, television media, and the Mathaba News Agency.

Claiming that Hillary Clinton is out to kill him, Anand Kilari who insists people refer to him as “Dr K A Paul”, claims that he attempted to get Muammar Qaddafi to “step down” from power, although he met Qaddafi only once, sometime around 2005, and not this year.

Kilari is also attempting to get his grounded Boeing 747 flying again — the aircraft was purchased years ago in bad shape, from the donations of wealthy Americans who wished to sponsor his orphanage and “Little Teresa” programs in India.

Mathaba has obtained recordings of his political activities during his short visit to India early October, including conversations with Indian VIPs, and his attempts to enter Indian politics while ostensibly working to “move the United Nations to India”.

He solicited the cooperation and assistance of Mathaba services, now owing in excess of $5,000 in unpaid bills, for his “Global Peace Initiative”, claiming that the “only person in the world equal or superior to him, is Colonel Muammar Qaddafi”.

However, his activities in Africa, in Liberia, Libya and Sudan, can only be described as disastrous to those countries, as shall be revealed in a forthcoming series of articles exposing the deceptive works of the international confidence trickster, who already has a horrific reputation including child molestation.

His latest failed plans included currying favor with the Qaddafi family, having failed in 2005 to obtain money to re-float his Boeing 747 which was grounded that same year, and to obtain a meeting with South African President Jacob Zuma in order to get his hands on “millions” of the billions of dollars of frozen Libyan assets.

Mathaba may investigate the relationships and friendships claimed by Kilari, his deceptions and strategies, and make available recorded evidence in an upcoming series if this is deemed to be in the public interest. Investigations are currently ongoing.

We will invite the entire IT groups of the city (Hyderabad), the entire IT groups of Andra (Pradesh). With Kapil Sibal as special guest. First thing: automatically if Kapil comes, CM [Chief Minister of Andra Pradesh] has to come. Protocol. Can even be the number two guest. Kapil Sibal is number one guest, local head of state is number two guest. [Politician] is number three, [politician name] is number four. [Politician name] is number six, we will decide. [Indistinct] or if Kapil Sabil comes there. If they don’t come, it becomes [indistinct]. Understand the strategy? […] While it is hot, we have to strike.

He [Kapil Sabil] will say send invitation. Please connect me to Pandasi [Pandit N. K. Sharma, 6-year friend of Kilari, 10-year friend of Kapil Sabil, India’s Human Resources Development Minister], I will tell him to call [Kapil Sabil] as he is meeting him today, 2.30. Kapil Sabil [indistinct] decide a date. He will say Doctor Paul has not spoken to me then I will say “My brother, how are you? You are a Prime Minister candidate, […] God has a plan for you, come here, we’ll discuss. I am Dr. Paul… good idea? The team is getting read, no distraction!

The recordings show Kilari continued with a call to Pandit N. K. Sharma, who was unable to obtain the interest of Kapil Sabil, who as a Minister has likely already done his research into “Dr K A Paul” and decided meeting the charlatan would not be worth his time. Kilari put a brave face on it, and moved on to his next plan, bringing Sudanese Parliamentary Speaker Mahdi Ibrahim to India (this too did not work out), and how to obtain “millions” from South African President Jacob Zuma, who he hopes to meet by using renowned U.S. former Congressman Walter Fauntroy, the first Black American Congressman, to meet Bishop Desmond Tutu and South African former President Nelson Mandela, as a bridge.
