Public Accounts Committee (PAC) showed its concern about large amount of money given to former RESPECT UK Parliamentarian, George Galloway by the Pakistani High Commission in London
The Pakistani High Commission in London gave £ 135,000 (Pounds) to Galloway from the Pakistan Projection Funds. When this topic came into discussion during a PAC meeting, the additional Foreign Secretary said that this was a sensitive issue and should not be propagated. At this member of PAC, Hamid Yar Hiraj responded by saying that those who have caused a loss to National Treasury should not be pardoned.
