Grandson of Malcolm X Mysteriously Killed in Mexico

The grandson of the late civil rights leader Malcolm X has been violently murdered in Mexico.

Malcolm Shabazz died at age 29 today after being thrown from a building in an alleged robbery.  The circumstances are rather suspicious at this point considering his anti establishment activism and the fact that there is no suspect, and seemingly no hunt for one.
Also suspicious is that he was being watched by the FBI, and was even arrested by the FBI just a few months ago while traveling to Iran for a film festival.  Since his arrest he has been outspoken online about the illegitimacy of his arrest and the police brutality that he experienced while in custody.  It is important to mention that no one knows for sure what actually happened, but these are important points that should be taken into consideration with this being such a mysterious and hideous crime.
Amsterdam News reported that:

Several reports around the circumstances of his death, stilled unconfirmed, have rumored that he died early Thursday morning, May 9, 2013 from injuries sustained after he was thrown off a building or shot as he was being robbed in Tijuana. Family members have confirmed his death and that he was in Mexico but have not confirmed the exact location or circumstances of how Malcolm Shabazz died.

“I’m confirming, per the U.S. Embassy, on behalf of the family, the tragic death of Malcolm Shabazz, grandson of Malcolm X,” she wrote on her Facebook and Twitter accounts. “Statement from family to come.”
Malcolm Shabazz leaves two daughters behind.  He was heavily involved in activism, and was in the process of working on multiple books and film projects.
