(June 1-30, 2015): Swiss CIA Plotting Subway/Train/Station Bio-Chemical Attack—DC, London, NYC & Tokyo Top Bio-Terror Targets

SWITZERLAND, Zurich — Based on breaking news and events, as well as the plethora of rail-related bio-terror plotsexposed by Truther.org, it appears that the CIA in Switzerland is getting ready to execute a bio-chemical terror attack on subways, trains and/or train stations this June, sparking the global bio-terror pandemic planned for 2015.
Exactly where the impending bio-terror attack will take place is not known, but the New York City Subway and Grand Central Station in New York City, the London Underground in England, the Washington Metro in Washington, D.C., and/or the Tokyo Subway in Japan are the most likely to suffer an attack.
In the event that the impending bio-terror attack commences in London, the attack will be blamed on Islamic terrorists. In the event that New York City or Washington, D.C. are targeted, so-called domestic terrorists and/or Islamic terrorists will be blamed. In the event that Tokyo is attacked, anti-government protestors will be blamed.
As foretold in the Bio-Terror Bible, the genesis of the 2015 bio-terror pandemic will be a “made-for-TV event” whereby millions will witness the bio-terror outbreak in person or on live television. This staged bio-terror “event” will likely occur when the agents known as anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) or smallpox (Variola major) are released into a controlled environment such as subway, train, or train station.
In the aftermath of an unprecedented rail-related bio-terror attack and pandemic that will cull tens of millions, it will predictably said that the bio-chemical weapons emanated from Syria. Said weapons will have been transpired out of Syria by ISIS who is openly being funded by the Obama administration under the guise of the Syrian Rebels.
In order to provide a timely motive for an Islamic terror attack against subways and trains in New York City and elsewhere, it was reported on April 29, 2015, that the M.T.A. board voted to ban anti-Islamic ads on subways and buses, a decision which will predictably be reversed upon appeal.
According to reports, one of the rejected ads depicted an Arab man with a scarf across his face and the words, “Killing Jews is Worship that draws us close to Allah. That’s his Jihad. What’s yours?”. Needless to say, the highly racist ads were designed to foreshadow Islamic terror attacks on buses, subways and trains.
Roughly a month later on May 20, 2015, it was reported that a woman received 24 years in prison for a fatal New York City Subway push that was laced with anti-Muslim hatred. The incident was likely staged or fabricated by the CIA in order to associate subways and Muslim-related hate crimes just prior to an Islamic subway bio-terror attack.
Lastly, on May 29, 2015, it was reported that Washington, D.C. officials blocked a Muhammad subway cartoon ad. The publicity stunt was evidently designed to enrage Muslims just prior to a revenge-like subway-related bio-terror attack by Islamic terrorists.

I. TOP BIO-TERROR TARGETS:
1.1: New York City Subway Bio-Attack
The notion that Islamic terrorists want to attack the New York City Subway system was once again ominously foreshadowed on March 4, 2015, when NBC New York published a report entitled “Pakistani Man Guilty in Al-Qaida Plot to Attack NYC Subways”. In what appears to be the slated New York metropolitan area terror target, it was revealed back on March 16, 2015, that a track fire shut down the 7 train between Queens and Manhattan. According to FDNY officials, the fire shut down 7 line service between the two boroughs.
Whether the timely 7 train fire provided the necessary cover for the installation of explosives and/or bio-chemical weapons on the 7 train or its track is not known, but it’s highly likely. Said explosives and/or weapons could be utilized at a later date in a coordinated state-sponsored bio-terror attack. Similar to the Twin Towers which were slated for demolition prior to their destruction on 9/11, thebrand new 7 train line in New York City is slated to open in summer of 2016. Consequently, an attack on the old 7 line would be relatively inexpensive, expediting this process.
1.2: Grand Central Station Bio-Attack
In what appears to be the slated New York metropolitan area terror target, it was revealed back on April 6, 2015, thatover 500 riders were evacuated after a NYC subway filled with smoke. According to reports, FDNY firefighters infiltratedGrand Central Station when the 7 train arrived.
Whether the emergency arrival of the 7 train provided the necessary cover for the installation of explosives and/or bio-chemical weapons within Grand Central Station is not known, but it’s highly likely. Said explosives and/or weapons could be utilized at a later date in a coordinated state-sponsored bio-terror attack. A day later on April 7, 2015, it was reported that 4 workers were hurt during the demolition of building near Grand Central Station. Whether the demolition provided the necessary cover for the installation of explosives and/or bio-chemical weapons within Grand Central Station and/or its secret tunnel is not known, but it’s highly likely.
As depicted in the Business Insider report from March 11, 2015, entitled “We Went Inside the Top-Secret Tunnel Under Grand Central that Only Presidents Use”, a secret tunnel exists under Grand Central Station which may have been accessed in order to install explosives and/or bio-chemical weapons in or nearby Grand Central Station. In what appears to be a CIA-spawned publicity stunt designed to draw unprecedented media attention to Grand Central Station just prior to a state-sponsored terror attack, it was reported back on April 2, 2015, that a woman tried to kiss strangers at Grand Central Station in New York City.
2.1: London Underground Bio-Attack
The notion that state-sponsored Islamic terrorists are planning to execute an attack on the London Underground was first identified back on March 23, 2015, when it was reported that ISIS militants are “highly likely” to launch a chlorine gas attack on the London Underground. UK bio-terror fears were rehashed on May 25, 2015, when Russia Today published a report entitled “Chemical Jihad? ‘Growing Chance’ of Chlorine Bomb Attacks in UK”. Although a chlorine attack is theoretically possible, an ISIS-related anthrax or smallpox attack is far more likely.
In order to psychologically prepare London for the impending attack, it was reported on April 10, 2015, that an unknown person pushed another man in front of a train at the Stockwell Underground station, suffering severe head injuries. In what appears to be the slated targeted for an Islamic bio-terror attack in London, it was revealed on April 13, 2015, that severe delays occurred on the London Underground which were “caused by signal failure” as commuters suffered a “nightmare Monday” in London. According to reports, the signal failure, which was allegedly caused at Edgware Road in northwest London, led to suspensions on the District line as well as severe delays on the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. So-called “late-finishing engineering work” also delayed main line rail services to and from London Bridge station.
Whether the timely delays and suspensions of the London Underground trains provided the necessary cover for the installation of weapons, explosives and/or bio-chemical weapons within the aforementioned train lines and/or station is not known, but it’s highly likely. Said weapons or explosives could be used at a later date in a coordinated state-sponsored bio-terror attack. In order to raise the notion of hazardous chemicals in England prior to a full-scale bio-terror attack on the London Underground, it was reported on March 19, 2015, that the country of Britain was on smog alert over a toxic cloud.
The alert was likely drill for the impending attack which will render a cloud of toxic chemicals over London. Roughly 3-weeks later on April 6, 2015, the British government inexplicably warned that a superbug epidemic could wipe out 80,000 people. The timely report was designed to program the UK for a bio-terror attack and subsequent pandemic that will likely kill hundreds of thousands of people. Lastly, on April 9, 2015, the Telegraph published a report entitled “‘Blood Rain’ to Fall on Britain as Red Saharan Dust Blows in from Africa”. Similar to the March 19 report, the report was designed to program the masses for a bio-chemical cloud that will be released by Islamic terrorists emanating from Africa, namely Libya.
3.1: DC Metro Bio-Attack
Based on breaking news and events, it appears that the Obama administration (at the behest of the CIA in Switzerland) is once again planning a mass transit bio-terror attack in Washington, D.C., namely against its subways and trains. In what appears to be the latest Washington, D.C. terror target, it was reported back on May 1, 2015, that the Red Line service was suspended after reports of smoke in subway. Nine days later on May 11, 2015, it was reported that smoke suspends D.C.’s Metro service on 3 lines for hours. Whether the timely smoke-related incidents on the Red Line trainprovided the necessary cover for the installation of explosives and/or bio-chemical weapons within the train or nearby train stations is not known, but it’s highly likely.
Said explosives and/or bio-chemical weapons could be utilized at a later date in a coordinated state-sponsored bio-terror attack. In what appears to be pre-Red Line terror programming for Washington, D.C., it was reported on May 27, 2015, that an accused con man from an MTV show was arrested in terror threats to the D.C, transit system. Needless to say, the incident was either staged or fabricated in order to bring unprecedented media exposure to the Washington, D.C.’s subway system just prior to an attack. Lastly, on May 29, 2015, it was reported that Washington, D.C. officials blocked a Muhammad subway cartoon ad. The publicity stunt was evidently designed to enrage Muslims just prior to a revenge-like subway-related bio-terror attack by Islamic terrorists.
4.1: Tokyo Subway Bio-Attack
Based on breaking news and events, it now appears that the CIA in Switzerland is preparing to execute a bio-terror attack on Tokyo Subway, a redux of the Tokyo Subway Sarin Attack of March 20, 1995. The notion that Japanese citizens would launch a WMD-related attack was witnessed back on April 22, 2015, when a drone with radioactive material was allegedly found on Japanese Prime Minister’s office roof.
The incident was evidently staged in order to set the precedent for an anti-government bio-terror attack. Roughly a week later on April 28, 2015, it was reported thatJapan police were investigating a possible attack on U.S. military base. Japanese citizens are adamantly opposed to U.S. military bases and therefor appear to be being groomed for an anti-government bio-terror attack. In order to enrage the Japanese citizenry just prior to an unprecedented bio-terror attack in Tokyo for which they will be scapegoated, it was reported on May 12, 2015, that controversial U.S. military planes will now be deployed in Tokyo despite local opposition. In order to make anti-Japanese government protestors visible to the world just prior to an unprecedented bio-terror attack for which they will predictably be scapegoated, it was reported on May 17, 2015, that 1000s of Japanese people marched against the U.S. military presence in Japan.
Two days later on May 19, 2015, scuffles between protesters and police reportedly broke out near a U.S. base on Okinawa. The timely violence was designed to show that Japanese citizens are now resorting to violence in their quest to remove U.S. military bases from Japan. Less than a week later on May 25, 2015, a 5.6 magnitude earthquake reportedly struck Tokyo, halting its subway. Whether the earthquake and subsequent service cancellation provided the necessary cover for the installation of bio-chemical weapons and/or explosives inside the Tokyo subway is not known, but it’s highly likely. Said weapons and/or explosives could be utilized at a later date in a coordinated state-sponsored bio-terror attack.
II. BIO-TERROR:
2.1: Rail-Related Bio-Terror
In order to foreshadow the notion of a bio-terror attack on subways and trains, a number of reports have been published in respect to biological outbreaks and rail-related mass transit., For example, back on February 1, 2015, it was reported that a New York Amtrak passenger had contacted the measles. Roughly 2-weeks later on February 12, 2015, a report state that California BART riders may have been exposed to measles. Lastly, on February 26, 2015, it was reported that the BART rider with measles may have exposed others to the highly contagious disease. The rash of reports was evidently fabricated by the CIA in order to program the world for a bio-terror attack on a subway or train, most likely in London or New York City.
2.2: New York City Bio-Terror Drills
Prior to a state-sponsored bio-terror attack in New York City, local, state and federal officials must drill the exact scenario so that they are psychologically prepared for the real thing. Coincidentally, back on October 31, 2014, it was reported that FEMA is conducting pandemic training in both New York and New Jersey. According to the report, the Federal Emergency Management Agency is executing the “2013-14 Pandemic Influenza Continuity Exercise Strategy” in the Tri-State area. The bio-terror training reportedly involves a “Final planning meeting” which is a requirement when “conducting full scale exercises”. FEMA also states that “Training will be provided to exercise Controllers and Evaluators to help manage full scale exercise play”. Therefore, just like before 9/11, FEMA is already on the ground in New York City ready to deal with a bio-terror attack.
2.3: ISIS Bio-Terror Attack
Plan “B” in the ISIS endgame is a bio-chemical terror attack that spawns the global pandemic planned for 2015. In order to create the necessary terror narrative in the media that ISIS is capable of executing such an attack, the CIA in Switzerland has disseminated numerous propaganda reports essentially stating as much. After all, ISIS was specifically created as political cover so that the CIA can execute an Islamic bio-chemical attack. This ISIS-bio-terror narrative was first identified back on June 19, 2014, when ISIS reportedly stormed a Saddam-era chemical weapons complex in Iraq. Roughly 3-weeks later on July 8, 2014, it was reported that “abandoned” barrels containing deadly sarin were seized by ISIS in rebel-held Syria. Less than 24-hours later on July 9, 2014, Iraq reportedly lost control of a chemical weapons depot to ISIS. Never mind that back on March 31, 2005,
“The Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction” reported that the intelligence community was “dead wrong” in its assessments of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction capabilities prior to the U.S. military invasion. In other words, there were no WMDs in Iraq but ISIS located two bio-chemical weapon depots inside Iraq within 27 days. The ISIS-bio-terror endgame was confirmed yet again on August 28, 2014, when it was revealed that a black ISIS laptop containing instructions on how to weaponize the bubonic plague was found. Roughly a month later on September 24, 2014, it was revealed that an ISIS terror cell was busted by Swiss authorities in March of 2014.
The shocking report was published roughly 3-months before ISIS officially declared the formation of a Caliphate on June 29, 2014, which suggests that it was pre-dated. In other words, the report was likely fabricated at a later date in order to better sell the ISIS terror narrative. According to the Swiss Federal Prosecutor, the ISIS terrorists were suspected of “misuse of explosives and toxic gases with criminal intent”. Roughly a month later on October 30, 2014, Spanish Intelligence reportedly intercepted an ISIS plot to weaponize Ebola, confirming that an ISIS-related bio-terror attack is imminent. Roughly 5-months later on March 12, 2015, it was reported that ISIS is now “using chlorine gas” in roadside bombs.
Three days later on March 15, 2015, it was reported that Iraqi Kurds confirmed that ISIS has used chemical weapons against their troops. Roughly a week later on March 23, 2015, it was reported that ISIS was “highly likely” to launch a chlorine gas attack on the London Underground. The notion of a Syrian-based bio-chemical attack occurring on live TV during a sporting event was recently foreshadowed by CNN in an April 20, 2015, report entitled “Syrian Gas Attack Shown on American TV”.
Ten days later on April 30, 2015, the Syrian Rebels (i.e., ISIS) reportedly launched another chemical attack in Syria, setting the precedent for a far deadlier ISIS-related bio-terror attack in the West. Lastly, a week later on May 7, 2015, Fox News published a report entitled “Assad Using Chemical Weapons Again? US Eyes New Allegations”, further highlighting the use of Syrian-based bio-chemical weapons just prior to a state-sponsored bio-terror attack. These reports, taken collectively, confirm that the entire ISIS-bio-terror narrative has been fabricated by the CIA in Switzerland in order to provide the necessary cover for a state-sponsored bio-chemical attack.
III. RAIL TERROR:
3.1: Rail Terror 101
The first general rule of rail-related terror is that if it’s an underground rail system like a subway, the attack will most likely be of a bio-chemical nature (e.g., sarin, smallpox, anthrax, etc.). Since passengers are already below sea-level, it’s far easier for them to be trapped and suffocated by the bio-chemical agent, making the likelihood of them contracting the infectious disease all the more likely. This particular scenario was witnessed in the Tokyo Subway Sarin Attack of March 20, 1995, and will likely be witnessed once again in New York City under the Obama administration.
The second general rule of rail-related terror is that if it’s an above ground rail system like Amtrak, the attack will most likely be of a conventional nature (e.g., guns, explosives, etc.). Conventional attacks create a gruesome scene for all the public to see which provides a staging ground for government-owned media camp out and salivate over the attacks. In essence, the scene of the crime becomes a round-the-clock news center. This particular scenario was witnessed during theMadrid Train Bombings of March 11, 2004, and the London Train Bombings of July 7, 2005, both of which share distinct earmarks of state-sponsored terror (see: “7/7 Ripple Effect” and “Madrid 3/11”).
3.2: Rail Terror Trending
Prior to a high-profile rail-related terror attack the world must be psychologically prepared to accept that this is in fact possible. Fraudulent headlines and fabricated events are a slick way of convincing people that yes, it can happen. As evidenced rail-related terror is now at an all-time high which suggests that a state-sponsored subway or train-related terror attack is imminent.

4.1: FLASHBACK: Tokyo Subway Bio-Terror Plot
Five days after Truther.org published a report entitled “CIA Plotting Bio-Chemical Attack on Subways & Trains—Tokyo Subway Latest Target” on May 26, 2015, the decomposing body of an elderly woman was reportedly found in suitcaseat Tokyo train station on June 1, 2015. Whether the timely hazmat situation at the undisclosed Tokyo subway station provided the necessary cover for the removal of bio-chemical weapons and/or explosives from the Tokyo subway station or a nearby subway is not known, but it is highly likely. Staged emergencies provided a convenient window for intelligence officials so that subways, trains and train stations can be “cleaned up” without drawing any suspicion.
4.2: FLASHBACK: NYC 7 Train Terror Plot
Four days after Truther.org published a report on April 2, 2015, entitled “RED ALERT: Obama Plotting April 2015 NYC Subway/Train Bio-Terror Attack” which stated that the timely 7 train fire may have “provided the necessary cover for the installation of explosives and/or bio-chemical weapons on the 7 train”, it was revealed on April 6, 2015, that the 7 train suffered a “mechanical problem” and was subsequently taken out of service. Whether the timely evacuation of the 7 train provided the necessary cover for the removal of bio-chemical weapons and/or explosives from the 7 train or its track is not known, but it is highly likely. So-called emergencies provided a convenient window for intelligence officials so that subways, trains and train stations can be “cleaned up” without drawing any suspicion.
4.3: FLASHBACK: Metro-North Train Terror Plot
Less than 24-hours after Truther.org published a report on February 3, 2015, entitled “Bio-Chemical Attack Planned for New York Metropolitan Area Subways & Trains”, it was revealed that 6 people were killed when a New York train struck an SUV at a train crossing. Whether the fiery explosion provided the necessary cover for removal of bio-chemical weapons and/or explosives from the New York area track is not known, but it is highly likely. So-called emergencies provided a convenient window for intelligence officials so that subways, trains and train stations can be “cleaned up” without drawing any suspicion. The timely accident may have also provided the cover for the execution of the 6 Special Forces who were slated to execute the foiled terror plot.
4.4: FLASHBACK: NYC Bio-Terror Terror Plot
Less than 24-hours after Truther.org published a report on June 8, 2014, entitled “Obama Plotting Bio-Terror Attack on New York City Subway — Again”, it was revealed that a “power outage” interrupted Staten Island Railway between the and St. George stations. Whether the outage provided the necessary cover for removal of bio-chemical weapons and/or explosives from the track is not known, but it is highly likely. So-called emergencies provided a convenient window for intelligence officials so that subways, trains and train stations can be “cleaned up” without drawing any suspicion.
4.5: FLASHACK: Super Bowl Transit Terror Plot
Back on February 2, 2014, Truther.org published a terror alert in respect to an impending bio-terror attack on mass transit during Super Bowl XLVIII in New York City. Coincidentally, in what appears to be the “clean-up” job, it was reported on February 2, 2014, that an emergency situation occurred at the Seaucius train station in New Jersey due to a “collapsed” Super Bowl fan.
The train station, which is only 2.6 miles from Met-Life Stadium, appears to have been the chosen bio-terror attack location and therefore a fabricated “emergency” was orchestrated in order to provide the necessary cover for intelligence agencies to dispose of the explosives and/or bio-terror agents which has been inserted into the mass-transit station. So-called emergencies provided a convenient window for intelligence officials so that subways, trains and train stations can be “cleaned up” without drawing any suspicion.
4.6: FLASHBACK: NEC Amtrak Terror Plot
Back on November 26, 2013, Truther.org published a report entitled, “Amtrak Train Attack (SSTTA): Northeast Corridor (NEC) Terror Attack Imminent”. Low and behold, 5 days later on December 1, 2013, 4 people were killed and 48 injured in an alleged “derailment” of Metro-North passenger train in New York City, which is coincidentally located in the Northeast Corridor (NEC). Evidently, the “accidental” train crash was orchestrated in order to provide the necessary cover for intelligence agencies to dispose of the explosives which had been inserted onto the track for the impending attack.
