Calumet Roundtable formerly Calumet Perspectives is a television program produced under the leadership of students within the Communication and Creative Department at Purdue University Calumet, reaches out to the Chicago metropolitan area and the greater part of Northwest Indiana. It is a thirty minute weekly television program which presents interviews with three well-known and respected professors within the Communication and Creative Arts Department, including: Dr. Thomas Roach, Dr. Neil Nemeth, and Dr. Lee Artz. While Calumet Roundtable focuses on
issues in communication (media), politics and other appropriate academic topics, the discussions all tie into issues concerning the greater than the calumet region. Calumet Roundtable airs on American cable channel ION Thursdays at 5:30 a.m.
