Arrests and raids campaign in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem

Ramallah: Today, Wednesday morning, the Nazi occupation forces arrested 13 Palestinians during a campaign of arrests and night raids launched in separate parts of the occupied West Bank, including three leaders of Hamas.

According to local sources, the occupation forces arrested three Hamas leaders, who are the leader and the liberated prisoner, Bajis Nakhleh, from Jalazoun camp, north of Ramallah, and the leader Ahmed Zaid, and the leader Saed Abu Al-Baha, from Betonia, west of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank.

The Israeli occupation forces also arrested the captive editor, Fadi Abdel Dayem, and the young Shadi Hajir from his family’s home in Al Jalazoun camp, while military patrols raided the village of Ain Sinaia, north of Ramallah, and arrested the young Ziad Farraj.

In a related context, the occupation forces arrested at dawn three prisoners released from several areas in Nablus Governorate, north of the occupied West Bank, where the occupation forces stormed the city of Nablus and arrested the freed prisoner Salahuddin Dweikat.

It also arrested the freed prisoner, Ahmed Bassam Nassar, from the town of Madama, south of Nablus, and the released prisoner, Hazza Amouri, from Awarta, southeast of the city.

They raided the house of the captive Kanaan Adel Zalmout in Beit Furik, east of Nablus, and confiscated the video cameras from a store next to the house.

The occupation forces stormed several houses of freed prisoners in the town of Zawiya, west of Salfit, and they saw Raafat Rashid Abdullah Muqadi, Alian Rashid Abdullah Muqadi and Ahmed Hamdan Ali Musleh, and confiscated money.

In the city of Hebron in the south, the occupation forces arrested a young man, Ahmad Masalmeh, from the town of Dura, south of Hebron, after storming his house for the second time in a week and assaulting the family.

The occupation forces launched a campaign of arrests in the village of Issawiya, north-east of Jerusalem, targeting: Muhammad Amir Mahmoud, Ahmed Kayed Mahmoud, Saed Yousef Obaid, Mahmoud Awni Mahmoud, Mansour Muhammad Mahmoud, Mansour Ali Nasser, Saleh Dari, and Majd Bashir.

The young man, Munir Kayed Mahmoud, has also been summoned for interrogation in one of its centers and in the old town. The occupation police arrested the young man, Muhammad Hazina, after they raided his house in the Saadiyeh neighborhood.
