Arab rapist’ gets early release

NOVANEWS

Parole board cuts one third off sentence of Sabar Kashour, who was convicted of rape because he falsely presented himself as Jewish and single to woman he had sex with

ed note–we can JUST IMAGINE what would happen if in some Christian or Islamic country the identical thing had happened, where a Jew–posing as someone other than what he was–had sex with a woman and was then sent to jail for it.

The screeching would be simply apocalyptic…

BUT, when it happens in I$rael, the CAPITAL of racism and discrimination, NOT A FREAKING PEEP  is made.

Doubtless, the ‘justification’ for this legal action comes from –surprise surprise–the Jewish Old Testament, Genesis 34 which reads as follows–

Dinah, the daughter of Leah and Jacob, went out to visit the women of Shechem, where her people had made camp and where her father Jacob had purchased the land where he had pitched his tent. Shechem the son of Hamor, the prince of the land, “took her and lay with her and humbled her. And his soul was drawn to Dinah … he loved the maiden and spoke tenderly to her,” and Shechem asked his father to obtain Dinah for him, to be his wife.

Hamor came to Jacob and asked for Dinah for his son: “Make marriages with us; give your daughters to us, and take our daughters for yourselves. You shall dwell with us; and the land shall be open to you,” and Shechem offered Jacob and his sons any bride-price they named. But “the sons of Jacob answered Shechem and his father Hamor deceitfully, because he had defiled their sister Dinah,” saying they would accept the offer if the men of the city agreed to be circumcised.

So the men of Shechem were deceived, and were circumcised; and “on the third day, when they were sore, two of the sons of Jacob, Simeon and Levi, Dinah’s brothers, took their swords and came upon the city unawares, and killed all the males. They slew Hamor and his son Shechem with the sword, and took Dinah out of Shechem’s house, and went away.” And the sons of Jacob plundered whatever was in the city and in the field, “all their wealth, all their little ones and their wives, all that was in the houses.”

“Then Jacob said to Simeon and Levi, ‘You have brought trouble on me by making me odious to the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites and the Perizzites; my numbers are few, and if they gather themselves against me and attack me, I shall be destroyed, both I and my household.’ But they said, ‘Should he treat our sister as a harlot?’”

In the Jewish paradigm, a Jewish woman having sex with a man outside her race is construed as her being raped, and after considering how the  inhabitants of this particular Canaanite village were dealt with in the bible, it is a miracle that this Arab man was not executed.

A parole board has decided to cut one third off the sentence of Sabar Kashour, an Arab citizen jailed for telling a woman he slept with that he was Jewish and single, Ynet learned on Sunday.

Kashour was originally sentenced to a year and a half in prison which was later cut to nine months following a successful appeal.

He began serving his sentence on February 19 and was meant to be released in September. On Sunday, the parole board granted Kashour’s request for an early release which is now set for June 4.

Kashour was convicted after telling a Jewish woman, with whom he had consensual sex, he was a single Jewish man interested in a serious relationship, even though he is Arab and married.

During the hearing, Kashour’s lawyer, Attorney Amir Sela, argued that his client is eligible for early release noting that the probation service had recommended not to sentence him to imprisonment. He noted that Kashour had expressed regret and has fully internalized the severity of his actions.

A State representative opposed an early release on the grounds that the Supreme Court had already considerably reduced Kashour’s sentence. He noted that the State had tried to trace the victim and have her give her version to the court, but that she could not be found.

“I wonder what would have happened if an indictment had been filed in Europe against a Jew in opposite circumstances,” Kashour’s attorney said. “I find it strange that the victim wasn’t found.”
